El Regreso
This one means a lot to me. El Regreso (The Return) is a film I shot alongside my closest collaborator, Samantha Ramirez-Herrera. The project follows Sam, a filmmaker and DACA recipient, on a deeply personal journey back to Mexico, the country she fled at age seven, as she returns 30 years later to reconnect with her roots and family on the eve of Día de los Muertos.
